Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing our services. To secure your booking, we require a valid credit card on file. (Please note that your card will not be charged at the time of booking.)

If you need to cancel your reservation, we kindly request that you do so at least 24 hours in advance. This will ensure that there will be no penalty for cancellation. Cancelations within less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will be charged 50% of the total services scheduled.
Cancelations within 1 hour of appointment start time or missed appointments (aka- no shows) will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total services scheduled, as we may not be able to fill the reserved spot on short notice, which can result in lost business.
